This is the theme for 2010 Time Out For Women

Its in Portland again, every other year. .and we got our tickets in
Jan!! Pinky and Sue and I and Stephanie loaded up and headed to the big city
Friday afternoon. . we had reservations at the Marriott Courtyard, in the Rose Quarter.

This sister is from Sierra Leone Africa and told of her conversion to the church,
and her struggles to stay alive in her country where blood diamonds are the cause
of so much terror. She was AMAZING. . what a story of courage and hope!

Mark Marby is a photographer and has a book out, Reflections of Christ. .Holy cow, its
wonderful.
Hilary Weeks is our favorite female singer that comes to TOFW, we have a few of her cds,
and were pleased to hear her sing some of our favs and a couple of new songs.
She told of running a 10k in Utah. . the Holy Cow Stampede. . rr..only in Utah.

Merilee Boyack is a cancer survivor and has a crazy funny sense of humor!! She had us
roaring with laughter!! AND she loves politics!

Emily Watts is always a fav and funny too. . talks about parenthood and children,
makes us smile out loud a lot!!

Luell and Michael this fella is Luell's favorite LDS author. . so she was willing to pose.
Mark Mabry was a favorite with the ladies...mmmm, wonder why??

This is a food storage booth, and I bought some!! No books this year!

Kris Belcher was equally as amazing as the others, another cancer survivor..and she lost her vision due to the cancer. She literally had the whole room in tears, from laughter!! I have never laughed that hard, and cried so much all in the same breath before!!

and S.Michael Wilcox, who told us that his wife has brain cancer. .and is dying.
