Elvis Is In The House

The FEC had a tribute to Elvis to celebrate his would be
75th birthday. .so before Steven and I left for CB, we swung by to get a peek.

This was a car either owned by Elvis or one that he gave to someone, and the folks putting on the display
now own it.

This was taken at the show in Eugene in 1976 that Steven and I attended. There were photos and tickets
from Mac Court. . .good time memories with Bill and Chrissy!

Relay For Life

Grandma Ida ordered these luminaries for Grumpy and we saw one for GM Raynes. .
we walked around Miller park adn looked at all the names of folks who have beaten cancer, and those who didn't. It was nice for GM Ida to walk it. . Steven and I went with her.

These were lit, but the pics without the flash were just not good. . so pretend that its dark and they are glowing from candlelight!

Art Robinson For Congress Debate

Art Robinson challenged Peter DeFazio to a debate, but he never showed up. . so Art presented his views and those of DeFazios (slide show). I think there is a BIG difference between what Art wants for this state and what DeFazio HAS been giving us for YEARS!!!! Time for that change that Washington has been lipping about to take place in Oregon!!!

Part One Of The Beach Adventure

Our ward was invited to a Multi Stake beach activity in Coos Bay. . Deena and I had three girls and one YM with us. It was at Barendorf Beach (maybe) and it ws one of those days on the Oregon Coast that you read about, but only get a cuple of times a year. . Madi, remember you wedding photo shoot??? Just like that day. . HOT and no wind. We had a grand time. . so these pics and the photos from the previous post are from that day.
