I found out that the Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond, was going to be in SLC on Wed, the 4th, as part of her book signing tour. Oh man, Madi is like 1/2 hour away and so I've been bugging her for a month or so to go and see if she could get some photos and maybe a book signed. Today, we came up with the final plan. . the books would cost 60.00 for two, and if she could get them signed, great! If not, great too. JUST GET SOME PICS. . .thats the fun part. So she and the family went. . the results and her story are on her blog. . she passed on the books ( we'll get them at Amazon.com for a lot less I'm sure) but got a few great shots. . and "met" Missy and Marlboro man's mom!! They took a pic of her family, and Missy even held Lily!! I know, sounds silly, but we LOVE PW and all her adventures and stories and her humor. . so this was like meeting a movie star!!
